Freudenberg Sealing Technologies is investigating whether to sell the business of precision molding parts for brake systems to ContiTech Vibration Control GmbH. Freudenberg has today informed the employee representatives at the locations in three countries - Germany, Mexico and France - that negotiations on a potential sale have been started. A final decision should take place in the first half of 2012.
